The princess of Candyland is quite entitled and her mother and father, the queen and king, fear that she's not ready to rule Candyland. They decide to send her out into the kingdom to meet the sweet and kind villagers of the land in hopes that they can teach her the values needed to lead the Candyland Kingdom.

Operativo Houston tackles this historical work for the first time! After performing Ruthless the previous summer, we thought it to be appropriate to perform the work that inspired it! Come see loving stage Mama Rose navigate raising children, trying to give them the dream she never received. Everything's comin' up Rose(s) in this touching Broadway classic! Don't miss it!
