Wine and cheese, burgers and fries, ice cream and cake are traditional pairings in the food world. Now throw in the dill pickle—definitely a spare. Bill, our artistic director, has created a concert of pieces in which some work together as a pair, but he then adds the dill pickle, a piece that stands alone.
